There are a lot of different opinions on which cycle is best for exercise at home. Some people believe that the recumbent cycle is the best, while others think that the upright cycle is better. In this blog post, I will argue why I believe that the upright cycle is best for exercise at home.
The first reason why I think that the upright cycle is better for exercise at home than the recumbent one is because it takes up less space. If you have a small home and limited storage space, then an upright bike would be a better option than a recumbent one.
Another reason why I think an upright bike beats out a recumbent one when it comes to exercising at home has to do with posture and comfort levels. With an upright bike, you are in more of an athletic position as you ride, which can help improve your overall fitness level and burn more calories. Additionally, many people find riding in an erect position more comfortable than riding in a reclined position on a recumbent bike – especially if they plan to ride their bike regularly for extended periods of time each week!
